First of all, shipping is super, super fast. When I got this, I was a little disappointment on first glance, because it looks really, really great. While details of the child says, it says "One Size" on tag inside. But I put on my 4 month old (who is only nine pounds due to a preemie), and it'll work. Her little hands are not going to poke out as a child in the picture, but that does not really matter. This costume is well made and does not look cheap. In fact it is smooth, and isdefinitely a winner.
I got this for my mom as a christmas gifts, because she had a similar one when she was younger, and always says they make the best potholders around. A couple days after christmas she had already finished a pretty one in shades of blue. The kit comes with lots of different colors and shows you how to do some different patterns. Sturdy metal frame is great, as these get pretty tight near the end of making one, and this one will hold up to the strain!
I just bought this wagon for my 4 yr old daughter and my two year old son! as soon as i put it together they wanted a ride around the block. They didnt not want to get off. Really smooth ride and very durable. its perfect for the beach and the amusment parks. The directions are simple , you just need to be patience and read over the directions carefully! it took me about an hour to assemble! LOVE IT!
I was able to get this set at a local retailer for only , needless to say it was a no brainier compared to the much more expensive sets. The proportions are perfect for children under 9 years old. This is not an adult set, but you can make it work even if you're really tall (just bend a bit more!). The set includes every thing you will need and the one sheet instructions shows a diagram of a proper court. The nylon bad holds everything, including the assembled sticks.
The problem with most of these assemble / dissemble Croquet sets is the handles always fall off in due time. So, I used very good quality wood glue (get the indoor / outdoor glue - not just indoor) and put it on both sides of the groves in the mallet head, then hand twist tight and let it dry.
You will be creating essentially 6 permanent sticks. The directions are fairly complex, but Halex Corporation is part of Regent Sports (think Spalding too). So, you can get decent customer support on most of the items they sell, plus they print all the rules of the major outdoor games on their site (Bocce, Croquet, Badminton, etc.) :

We bought this game for "gamenight" with our family. My kids like it because it is fast paced. There are a many different ways they ask the questions so it is not the same old thing every time you role the dice. It's fun to answer questions about the video clips. I find I know many of the answers myself from watching disney movies with my kids. We are really enjoying it.
This was a Christmas gift for my 10 and 12 year old, but dad has just as much fun with it. What's great is how easy and quick it is to set up, unlike the more complex marble mazes. The boys had it on the fridge within minutes of taking it out of the box. There are only so many possible configurations so it doesn't provide limitless creative play, but it sure is fun.
This is the first thing my 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old granddaughters run for (and sometimes fight over!) when they arrive at my house. They both love the "fishing" part and the older will often help little sis put the pieces back. It was such a big hit I just ordered from Amazon 2 other magnetic puzzles. I love the fact, NO batteries, NO noisy songs and it keeps each of them occupied. They are learning to "share", although the older of course understands that much better.
Melissa and Doug products have continued to please this grandma, and I love that they are more like the toys from my childhood and my childrens childhood. Made of wood, this should last for many years.
My daughter received this for Christmas just before her 1st birthday. She loved the colors and enjoyed putting the animals on the board (with some help of course). The chunky pieces were very easy for her to grab and hold. She liked to crawl with the pieces and push them on the floor (crawling with them on the tile floor caused some wear on the paint though). She also liked to chew on them (which we tried to discourage), but didn't wear off the paint very much. This puzzle helped her learn/recognize colors and animals. She's now nearly 2 and still likes the puzzle. She also really likes the bug one that is similar to this one.
I bought this box colorforms my granddaugher. My children had always enjoyed my little colorforms and I want to enjoy one too.
I was a little disapointed that the box did not have to stand on his own, I end up cutting the Ribbon that held in place, but he enjoys the right.
This is really nice stamp stage. The handles are perfect for small children as my daughter 2 years. Washes off the ink and no problems
